We was looking for a BMW x3 automatic, came across an advert for a car that matched what we was looking for made an appointment to come and view the car. Unfortunately the day we arranged to view it was raining but the dealership put the car in their indoor showroom so when we arrived we could inspect the car in a nice, warm environment. Karl offered my wife and myself a nice hot drink after going on a test drive we were surprised that we were given a 12 month Warranty along with 12 months AA break down cover at no extra cost. Over the years we have purchased many cars, we never felt pressured at any point, in fact the whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Karl even arranged delivery to our home at a time that suited us at no extra cost. We would not hesitate to Recommend anybody looking for a quality used car without the hard sell pressure you get from some dealerships.

Visited Aura, Cars today looking for a small automatic for our son, have to say found a lovely little corsa automatic, low mileage, the customer service was awesome tbh, absolutely no pressure at all to buy, we even was given a, 12 months warranty and 12 months AA breakdown cover included for free, and free delivery after a service. I've bought from very large main dealerships in the past and never had this kind of customer treatment. Karl was a pleasure to deal with, I'd recommend anyone to buy from here.. If I could I'd give 6 star.
